A dinner collaboration between Peter Vergari, Josephine LaCosta (Elbow’s Catering), and Growing Gardens, exploring whole vegetable cooking and why fresh produce matters. Proceeds from this event after the cost of staffing will go straight to Growing Gardens’ upcoming local projects.

A 7-course tasting menu celebrating the season and all the parts each plant has to offer. Dishes will be presented humbly, designed to portray cooking methods which honor the produce and where it comes from. Wine pairings for the evening will kindly be curated by E&R Wineshop. Pairings are available to pre-purchase with your ticket or night-of at the event. Wine by the glass also available to purchase a la carte at the event.
